CMS is responsible for the communications and dissemination of policy and operational guidance of Medicaid and Medicare programs. SCG implemented outreach strategies through social media and industry collaboration; and developed education materials and integrated training curriculum in webinars and videos to effectively reach and accurately educate providers, payers, and beneficiaries stakeholders of the Medicare value based care program and Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program.
