SCG Hires Senior Director Gary Rubalsky to Expand Program Integrity Work
Signature Consulting Group (SCG) today announced the hiring of Gary Rubalsky as Senior Director of Strategic Development, focusing on Healthcare Program Integrity and Fraud Prevention. Rubalsky brings over 16 years experience of building fraud, waste and abuse prevention tools for healthcare payers across all domains. With the addition of Rubalsky in this new role, SCG will now be able to make an even greater impact on preserving the Medicare Trust Fund and protecting patients´ safety.

Prior to joining SCG, Rubalsky supported the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Program Integrity (CPI) with program management and technical direction on multimillion dollar programs that provide application of big data warehousing and BI tools for complex analytics such as STARS with General Dynamics, Fraud Prevention System (FPS) with Northrop Grumman, and One Program Integrity (One PI) with Optum.
